Data disclaimers
- • DOT Intel is built on public-record FMCSA and related filing data.
- • Market and insurer figures are carrier-of-record filing share (carrier counts from FMCSA filings) — not premium share, loss ratio, or profitability.
- • Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. Verify directly with the carrier, insurer, and FMCSA before relying on it.
- • Nothing in the platform is legal, underwriting, safety, financial, or compliance advice.
- • Nothing in the platform is a guarantee of insurability, safety, solvency, payment, coverage, or authority.
- • DOT Intel is not an underwriting-decision engine.
Scoring & model disclaimers
- • Scores and signals are a directional prioritization signal only.
- • They support sales, underwriting-support, prospecting, and operations workflows — they do not replace professional judgment.
- • Exact scoring weights and thresholds are proprietary and subject to change.
- • Scores are not a guarantee of claims outcome, profitability, or risk quality.
- • Scores are not a federal safety rating — FMCSA SMS/BASIC measures remain the authoritative public safety signals.
- • Estimated renewal windows are model-derived from observed insurance effective dates. They are not confirmed policy expiration dates and are not provided by FMCSA.
Contact-data & usage-limit disclaimers
- • Plan allowances govern access to available contact information; some records have no contact data on file.
- • Do-not-resell and compliance restrictions can block access regardless of the plan allowance available.
- • Repeated access to the same carrier remains subject to the applicable plan and compliance rules.
- • You must comply with applicable outreach, privacy, and anti-spam laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the federal Do-Not-Call Registry where applicable), and accept the buyer attestation before unlocking.
Beta pricing disclaimers
- • DOT Intel Standard and Plus are recurring monthly subscriptions at $59 and $119 retail. Verified FastechHR Network businesses may receive private $29.50 and $59.50 monthly pricing.
- • The approved evaluation lasts 14 days and is capped at 25 first-time company intelligence unlocks. Reopening or browsing an unlocked company does not consume another action.
- • Public directory browsing, USDOT lookup, and carrier previews remain free and do not consume paid intelligence actions.
- • Network access requires business verification. Network and affiliate pricing do not stack; the best single eligible channel applies.
- • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the applicable renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- • Prices and packaging may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
- • Bulk / list export is not self-serve during beta.
- • DOT Carriers, DOT Agencies, Academy, and Activator are separate or retired surfaces and are not included in DOT Intel paid entitlements.
