Updates · Beta 1.0

DOT Intel ships constantly.

Every meaningful release, in plain language — what it does for you, not what we did internally.

Currently on Beta 1.0. DOT Intel is in public beta. The data is real and the platform is live — we ship improvements constantly, and beta feedback goes straight into what gets built next.

  1. New

DOT Intel is now Beta 1.0

The platform now carries a visible version, so you always know which release you're on and what changed in it — the version badge in the sidebar links straight here. Also in 1.0: on any paid plan your saved data files stay downloadable for as long as you're subscribed (one-time purchases keep a 30-day window), and your credit balance is visible everywhere it matters.

  2. Improved

    Insurance filings are current again

Coverage, insurer, and filing dates now reflect FMCSA's live filing system, including filings effective today. Renewal-window estimates and 'who writes this carrier' answers are computed from current data rather than a feed that had stopped advancing.

  3. New

Reports Library: all five reports are live

The Producer Call Sheet (one ranked, print-ready outreach plan), the Carrier Pre-Underwriting Snapshot (one-page appetite facts for any DOT), and the Saved Search Report (run any saved search as a standing report with NEW-since-last-run flags) join the Likely X-Date and Recently Lost Coverage reports.

  4. Faster

Prospect Builder searches are dramatically faster

State + fleet-size searches that could take over ten seconds now return in well under a second. Every filter combination was verified to return identical results before the change went live.

  5. New

Placement Fit and Readiness on every submission

Each submission now shows a Readiness score (is this packet complete enough to market, with the exact gaps named) and a Placement Fit panel — the markets most aligned with the account's observable profile, with plain-English reasons. Directional and observed-market based; never a quote or appetite guarantee.

  6. New

    Daily carrier change alerts

The platform now compiles carrier changes every morning — coverage lost, insurer switched, authority changes, fleet moves, estimated renewal windows — and alerts you on the carriers you watch, save, unlock, or work in Command. Today's Signals puts the morning's changes on your Command home.

  7. New

Command: a native CRM for your book

Companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks, and a live activity feed — with Submission Desk entries flowing straight into the timeline. Built for agencies of 1–15 producers.

  8. New

In-app help hub and signal glossary

Getting-started steps, one-click starter recipes, and a plain-English glossary of every signal — each labeled Observed, Modeled, or Reference so you always know what you're looking at.

  9. Improved

    Credits dashboard and clearer pricing

See your balance, lifetime activity, and full ledger at a glance. One credit unlocks a carrier's full workspace — contact, complete risk analysis, insurance-history timeline, and the downloadable report.

  10. Improved

    Prospect Builder: results-first searching

Apply filters and see leads immediately, with a Run Search button, honest error states, and a guard against contradictory filters.

  11. New

    Recently Lost Coverage recipe

Find active-authority carriers whose insurance filing was cancelled in the last 90 or 180 days and who show no current coverage — the highest-intent list in trucking.

  12. New

Estimated renewal windows on every insured carrier

Renewal timing modeled from each carrier's observed filing effective date, with a per-carrier confidence rating — clearly labeled as an estimate, never a confirmed expiration.
