If daily change detection on a defined client roster is the entire job you need done, Alert-VU has been doing that job for two decades.

What it isn't is a place to work the alert once it fires. We found no CRM, no pipeline, no contact management, and no outreach tooling anywhere on their site — an out-of-service order or an authority revocation arrives as an email, and the workflow after that is whatever your team builds by hand.
